Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your cozy new Oodie, which is why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original Oodie bag or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest Royal Mail drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
